Word of the Day

I know this might surprise some of my regular readers, but I don't know the meaning of every word. (I know what a shock!!) Because of this lack of knowledge, I often use a very convenient tool on the internet. dictionary.com Well today when the webpage was brought up, I noticed the word of the day feature...and what was today's word of the day you might ask. It was none other than my favorite word of all. copacetic \koh-puh-SET-ik\, adjective: Very satisfactory; fine.

I also saw that you can sign up for a word of the day email. What a great way to learn a new word each day.

Leave me a comment with your favorite word. or maybe even a word that you can't stand.

"people" is a funny word. Say it over and over. and "loquacious" is my favorite.

That's true... "people" is a funny word.

But Billy likes to say "copacetic." I always thought the word was "copasthetic" until I met him.

I like to say "copacetic" when it relates to work. For example, "We added that feature for you, so all should now be copacetic." I think I probably use it too often.

Another funny one is "cookie." It sounds so funny when people say it.
